Nils Okeson is an associate attorney in the Litigation Practice Group, specializing in litigation and negotiation, with a focus on insurance defense litigation.
Mr. Okeson’s experience in insurance defense litigation includes handling jury trials in federal, superior, and state courts. His legal proficiency extends to appellate briefs, mediations, depositions, motion arguments, and trial practice, underscoring his versatility and legal expertise.
Beyond insurance defense, Mr. Okeson has significant experience in contract and business litigation. He has successfully managed and won numerous jury and bench trials, conducted complex depositions, and negotiated settlements, both inside and outside of mediation.
Mr. Okeson earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia. Outside of the office, he enjoys surfing anywhere and anytime he can find a solid break.
