Michele Stumpe is a seasoned litigator whose practice concentrates on premises liability, business litigation, hospitality and dram shop litigation, as well as alcohol licensing and consulting. Stumpe also regularly assists hospitality and retail clients by providing counsel on alcohol compliance measures including training and policy implementation. In addition to being asked as a frequent speaker on litigation practices, she provides consulting services for various trade associations including the Georgia Restaurant Association, Georgia Food Industry Association, and Georgia Association of Convenience Stores.
